Create estimates and invoices

When you’re a small business that provides a service to customers, then you need to be able to bill them for those services with an invoice. How do you create an invoice that has all the information you and your customers need and has that professional look that instills confidence? Use Microsoft Invoicing.

With Office 365 Business Premium, you can use the Microsoft Invoicing app on your phone to create and send estimates and invoices.

Your browser does not support video. Install Microsoft Silverlight, Adobe Flash Player, or Internet Explorer 9.

Get going with Microsoft Invoicing

Here's how to create an invoice from your phone:

  1. Go to the Microsoft Invoicing app.

  2. If you haven't already, enter your business information (name, contact, logo, and so on).

  3. Define the products or services you offer.

  4. Create a new invoice for a customer.

Not ready to go with Office 365 and Microsoft Invoicing? You can still download a template for estimates or invoices and customize it for your business. Fill it out in Word or Excel and send it electronically as a PDF or print it.
