  • To enter full screen view, on the View menu, click Enter Full Screen.

  • To return to normal view, move the pointer to the top of the screen until the menu bar appears, and then on the View menu, click Exit Full Screen.

Alternatively, you can press Control-Command-F to toggle full screen view on and off.

  • To enter full screen view, in the top right corner of the document window, click OpenFullScreenView .

提示: To access the menu bar in full screen view, move the pointer to the top of the screen, and then click the menu that you want.

  • To return to normal view, move the pointer to the top of the screen, and then click 結束全螢幕檢視 .

Focus mode (Word only)

In Word for Mac you can also use Focus mode which really clears all of the user interface away so you can just work in your document. To enter Focus mode click View > Focus. To exit Focus mode just press Esc. For more information see Bring focus to the content in your document.
