When you print Microsoft Outlook calendars, details for calendar items marked as private using the steps below are omitted. These items appear only with the description Private Appointment.

The start and end times are printed, but the subject, location, meeting organizer, or other details aren’t. There isn’t an option to print the calendar without the appointment or meeting appearing.

  1. In Calendar, on the File menu, click Print.

Keyboard shortcut  To print, press Ctrl+P.

  2. Under Printer, click Print Options.

  3. In the Print dialog box, under Print Range, select the Hide details of private appointments check box.

  4. Select any additional printing preferences.

  5. Click Print.
