End User Notice

Microsoft Teams (free) is intended for use by organizations, such as small businesses or groups of coworkers.  If you were invited to join a group in Microsoft Teams (free), the group you are joining in the Microsoft Teams (free) instance will be considered your organization for the purposes of this notice, and the person administering the group will be considered the administrator of your account in Microsoft Teams (free).

 

Your use of Microsoft Teams (free) may be subject to your organization's policies, if any. Please direct your privacy inquiries, including any data subject requests, to the administrator of your organization.  The administrator of the organization you are joining may (i) control and administer your account, including modifying and terminating your access and (ii) access and process your data, including the contents of your communications and files.  Your directory data (name, signup date, and email) may be visible to the administrator and other users of the services within your organization. 

 

When you use social features of Microsoft Teams (free) other end users in your organization may see some of your activity.
