You can add to or edit a OneNote notebook that’s been shared in an online meeting by a Lync user. However, you can’t share a notebook yourself when using Lync Web App. To edit a shared notebook, you must have the appropriate permissions.

You can add a new section to a shared notebook. Point to the Share icon, click the ONENOTE tab, and then click the notebook to open it in a new window. Now you can edit the notebook and add a section.

A notebook that has been shared once is stored in the content bin. If you have presenter permissions in the meeting, then you can re-share a previously shared notebook and remove a shared notebook from the Notes dialog box. Point to the Share icon, click the ONENOTE tab, and then click Manage Notes to open the Notes dialog box.

Re-share a notebook: Click Share for the notebook that you want to re-share.

Remove a notebook: Click Remove for the notebook that you want to delete.
