Why do I receive the message that my license for To-Do is disabled?

Your Office 365 subscription includes user-level licenses for To-Do, which your admin can use to manage individual access to the To-Do apps. If your admin has opted to disable your license for Microsoft To-Do, even temporarily, you will not be able to use the apps. If  you believe that you've received this message in error or want to learn more about getting access to Microsoft To-Do, it's best to contact your IT admin as they will be best able to assist you.
