When searching Groups in Outlook no results are returned

ISSUE

When searching Groups in Outlook, no results are returned.  The issue is currently seen in Monthly Channel and Insider Channels.  

STATUS: FIXED

The fix for this issue will be in Monthly Channel build 16.0.12104.10000 and higher.  This build should go out in late October 2019 timeframe.  See the Update History page to see what builds are currently available.

If you urgently need to work around the issue you can switch your machine to run Insider Fast channel which already has the fix.  Follow the instructions on this page to switch to Insider Fast, Installing Monthly Channel (Targeted) builds.  

The configuration file should have the channel as InsiderFast.  Adjust the configuration file if your settings are different.
