Find and view assignments you've created within a class in a list or week-to-week view. From here, open any assignment to make changes or review student work. A tally of how many students have turned in work so far lets you check student progress at a glance.

  1. Navigate to the General channel under the desired classroom, then select Assignments. You can also use your search bar to search for an assignment by keyword.

Select the Assignments tab in the General channel.
  2. The assignments you have in your class will show as cards on the date they are due. By default, you'll see the assignments closest to today at the top. Scroll up or down to view assignments in the past or future. Select Go to today to return to today's date.

View assignments you've created in a list ordered by due date.

Toggle to the icon with four squares to view your assignments by week. Use the arrows to move to past or future weeks. Select Go to today to return to today's date.

View assignments in a week view, Monday through Friday.

Each card provides information about the assignment and its status:

    • Class name

    • Assignment title

    • The number of students who have turned in the assignment so far

    • If you have returned the assignment to all students

    • If the assignment is in draft mode

  3. Select any assignment card to open it. Once open, you can view an assignment's details, delete the assignment, edit it, or review it.
