See Planner tasks in Microsoft To-Do

When you use Planner and Microsoft To-Do, your assigned tasks show up right along your other To-Do tasks. To show your assigned Planner tasks in To-Do, you need to turn on the feature.

  1. Open To-Do.

    You can use the desktop app or use To-Do on the web.

  2. In the Assigned to Me notification, select Show list.

    A list called Assigned to Me will appear. Now you can see all assigned Planner tasks in To-Do.

  3. To update a task, select the task and:

    • Edit the task name.

    • Select + Add step to add checklist items.

    • Select the due date to change the date.

    • Select Add a note to type a note.

  4. To do more, select Open in Planner to open the task in it's plan.

    You'll see the changes you made in To-Do, and can make more, like complete a checklist item, change the Progress, and add Comments.

With Planner and To-Do, you always have access to your assigned tasks - on your desktop, your mobile device, or in Outlook.
