When you’re working with multiple pictures, shapes, or objects, group them to make it easier to move or format at the same time.

In your file, select what you want to group.

Press and hold Ctrl if you’d like to choose several items.

Under the Home tab, select Arrange > Group.

Now it’s convenient to move your grouped objects around in a file.

If you decide that you want to work with these objects individually, you can ungroup them.

Select your grouped items and then select Arrange > Ungroup.

You’ll know the objects are no longer together when you see that each one has its own selection box again.
