In your file, select what you want to group.
Press and hold Ctrl if you’d like to choose several items.
Under the Home tab, select Arrange > Group.
Now it’s convenient to move your grouped objects around in a file.
If you decide that you want to work with these objects individually, you can ungroup them.
Select your grouped items and then select Arrange > Ungroup.
You’ll know the objects are no longer together when you see that each one has its own selection box again.
