Turn off or turn on the Visio Online service

By default, Visio Online is turned on for everyone in your organization. As an admin, you can turn off or turn on Visio Online for specific people.

  1. Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account as a global admin. Learn how to sign in.

  2. In the Office 365 admin center, go to the Active users page, or choose Users> Active users.

    If you're using Office 365 Germany, go to the Active users page, or choose Users> Active users.

  3. Select the box next to the name of the person for whom you want to turn off Visio Online.

  4. On the right, in the Product licenses row, choose Edit.

  5. In the Product licenses pane, expand the Visio Online license to see all the features.

    Choose the Visio Online plan to expand it.
  6. Move the Visio Online toggle to the Off position. To turn it on again, move the toggle to On.

    Toggle to assign or remove a license for Visio Online.
  7. At the bottom of the Product licenses pane, choose Save > Close > Close.
