You can access the Outlook.com Premium dashboard at https://premium.outlook.com.

To use your personalized email address to sign in to Microsoft services you need to make it an alias for your Microsoft account. An alias is an additional email address that uses the same mailbox, contact list, and account settings as the primary alias.

You can create up to ten (10) aliases for your Microsoft account and can change your aliases up to ten (10) times per calendar year. You can sign in to your Outlook.com Premium account with any of your aliases, using the same password that’s associated with your Microsoft account.

To add your personalized email address an alias for your Microsoft account:

  1. Go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.

  2. Select Add email.

  3. Select Add an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias.

  4. Enter an email address (such as jerri@contoso.com) and select Add alias.

  5. Select Verify, then select Send email. You’ll receive a message at that email address with a verification link. Select the link to confirm that you own the email address.

Important: Don’t remove your Outlook.com email address as an alias for your Microsoft account. If you cancel your Outlook.com Premium subscription, you'll need to use your Outlook.com email address to access your inbox.
