Share files in StaffHub

With StaffHub, it's easy to share files and links with your employees. In the past you may have printed documents and put them up on a bulletin board. Now you can upload those documents to StaffHub so they are instantly available to your employees, right at their fingertips!

Here are some examples of files and links that our customers have been sharing with their teams:

  • New HR policies from Corporate.

  • YouTube links to videos for new merchandise and in-store displays.

  • Seating charts for banquets and weddings.

  • Training manuals and reference guides.

How to share files and links with your employees

  1. Sign in to StaffHub at with your Office 365 work account, such as

  2. Choose the Files tab > Add a file.

    Choose Files > Add a file

  3. You can then update the title of the file and add any comments for your team.

  4. Choose Add.

    Your employees will now see the file you shared in the Inbox tab of the StaffHub mobile app, like in the image below:

  5. To share a link with your team, in StaffHub choose the Files tab > Add URL.

    Choose Files > Add URL 

  6. Enter the URL of the site you want to share. You can also add a descriptive title and comments.

  7. Choose Add to share the link with your team.
