Set accessibility preferences in Outlook

If you prefer accessible content, you can set Outlook to notify senders to check for accessibility issues before sending you mail.

Set your accessibility preferences

  1. In Outlook 2016, select the File tab.

  2. Select Options.

  3. Select Advanced.

  4. Under Accessibility, select the check box next to Request senders to create accessible content.
