If there's a feature you think is missing from the Mail and Calendar apps, or if a feature in isn't working properly, you can provide feedback directly to the Mail and Calendar team. Follow the steps below to turn on log collection and send your feedback. Please note that you won't receive a response from the Mail and Calendar team.

Turn on full diagnostics
Before sending your feedback to the Mail and Calendar team, you'll first need to turn on full diagnostics in Windows 10.

Go to Start and select Settings > Privacy > Feedback and diagnostics.

Set the diagnostics and usage data to Full.
Turn on logging
Next, you'll need to turn on log collection in the Mail or Calendar app.

From the Mail or Calendar app, select > Help.

Under Enable verbose diagnostic logging, move the toggle to On.

Reboot your device.
Collect your logs
Once logging has been turned on, reproduce the issue and copy your Client Session ID.

In the Mail or Calendar app, select >Help .

Copy the Client Session ID.
Send your feedback
Finally, send your feedback to the Mail and Calendar team along with the Client Session ID you copied in step 4 of the previous section.

From the Mail or Calendar app, select > Feedback.
Note: Sign in to the Feedback Hub to track your feedback and any responses you receive, search for feedback similar to yours, and vote for or comment on feedback that's similar to yours.

In the Feedback Hub window, choose Apps and Games for Category and Mail (or Calendar) for Subcategory.

Enter a very short summary of your feedback in the Give us feedback to make Windows better box to see if your feedback was already submitted by someone else.

If you find similar feedback, open it and add your own additional information or click on Upvote. If you don't find feedback that matches yours, click Add new feedback.
Note: Your feedback is public. Please don't include personal information such as your last name, email address, or telephone number.

If you're creating a new feedback item, choose Problem.

Under Give us more detail, paste in the Client Session ID that you copied in the previous section.

Click on the Start capture link.

In the Mail app, reproduce the issue.

After reproducing the issue, return to the Feedback Hub and click Submit.

In the Mail app, disable diagnostic logging. Select > Help and move the toggle under Enable verbose diagnostic logging to Off.
