Productivity and Microsoft To-Do

Microsoft To-Do is a new approach to productivity, one that doesn’t rely on the stress of ever-longer lists or due dates and constant reminders to take on the important stuff. Instead, Microsoft To-Do was designed to work with existing behavior patterns to create even more productive habits. My Day is at the heart of our thinking on this. When you first open My Day each day, you're greeted with a fresh space to add the tasks you want to accomplish that day.

Studies show that peak cognitive alertness, or deep thought time, occurs about 2-4 hours after waking - the perfect time to identify and focus on your most important to-dos, whenever your morning happens to be.

If you take time early in the day to identify and prioritize your goals, you’ll have a clear plan for the rest of the day. Just add your most important tasks to My Day. No matter what pops up, you’ll be able to return to an organized overview of your day’s goals. You’ll remain focused and in control as you move from one task to the next.
