Print your StaffHub schedule

We want to help make sure you get the most out of print outs with StaffHub. Below you can learn how to save your schedule as a PDF file and print your schedule onto one page.

Google Chrome

How to save your schedule as a PDF file:

  1. Click "Print" on the command bar in StaffHub.

  2. Click "Change..." for the Destination 

  3. Click "Save as PDF" under Local Destination

How to fit your schedule onto one page:

  1. Click the dropdown next to "Print" on the command bar in StaffHub and select the scale to one page option. Please make sure after you turn it on, the page settings are your desired settings in the drop down.

  2. Press print and remember to make sure your printer settings are the same as the ones you selected in the scale to one page drop down.

  3. Double check your scale percentage and make sure it's 100%.

Internet Explorer

How to save your schedule as a PDF file:

  1. Click "Print" on the command bar in StaffHub.

  2. Choose Microsoft Print to PDF.

How to fit your schedule onto one page:

  1. Click the dropdown next to "Print" on the command bar in StaffHub and select the scale to one page option. Please make sure after you turn it on, the page settings are your desired settings in the drop down.

How to save your schedule as a PDF file:

  1. Click "Print" on the command bar in StaffHub.

  2. Choose Microsoft Print to PDF under Printing.

How to save your schedule as a PDF file:

  1. Click "Print" on the command bar in StaffHub.

  2. Choose Microsoft Print of PDF under Name.

Tip: Try pressing Ctrl + Print (button on StaffHub) to separate groups onto different pages.
