Note: This article applies only to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet in China.
After you have installed Office 365 ProPlus from Office 365, you may find that when you click Manage Account (under File > Account) in an Office 365 ProPlus application, you are not able to sign in to manage, deactivate, or reactivate your installation. This is because you are redirected to a global Office 365 URL rather than the URL for Office 365 operated by 21Vianet. This is a known issue.
You can, however, manage your Office installation from within Office 365. To do this:
Sign in to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet with your user name and password.
Click Settings ( ) > Office 365 Settings.
