Make payments with Kaizala

Note: This feature is currently available only in India.

You can use of the Payments Action in Kaizala to send and receive money directly from your bank account.

To start using this Action, you will need to first create a BHIM UPI ID (also known as Virtual Payment Address or VPA). Your BHIM UPI ID is your unique identifier on the BHIM UPI system. For example, your BHIM UPI ID on Kaizala will look like this: yourusername@contosobank.

Set up your Kaizala Payment account

  1. Tap Me Image of the Me tab in Kaizala , and then tap Payment to start payments setup.

  2. On the App permissions dialog box, tap Continue, and then tap Allow.

  3. Tap Get Started, and then on the Notice page, tap Accept.

  4. On the Verify your device page, make sure your information is correct, and then tap Verify.

  5. After successful verification, go to Create BHIM UPI ID page, enter the username of your choice, and tap Next.

  6. Select your bank and account information. Don’t see your bank account listed? Make sure you've registered your mobile number with your bank. Check with your bank for details about how to do this.

  7. If you haven't already created a PIN, you can create one now and confirm the PIN with your bank.

View transaction history

To view your transaction history:

  1. From the Kaizala app, tap Me Image of the Me tab in Kaizala , and then tap Payment.

  2. You'll see a list of all your transactions on this page. Select a transaction to view more details.
