ISSUE

After updating to Windows 10 Build 18362.357, the print spooler service may intermittently have issues completing a print job in Word and Publisher and will cancel or fail.

STATUS: FIXED

This issue is fixed with Windows update patch KB4517389and was release on 10/8. To get the latest update immediately, open Word and choose File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
