You can place document information such as a file name, author, computer path, or subject into the footer. Also, you cancreate this information only on the title sheet.
Double-click the footer area (near the bottom of the page) to open the Header & Footer Tools.
Click Document Info and select the information you want.
Note: Document Property lists more information such as Subject or Company. Field lists dozens of other properties.
To return to the body of your document, click Close Header and Footer
Tip: You can center the file name by clicking Home and click the Center icon in the ribbon.
