ISSUE

Your Office applications may crash when you try to access files from OneDrive. This can happen with Excel, Word, Outlook, or PowerPoint on a Windows 7 PC.

STATUS: FIXED

This is caused by an old version of OneDrive installed on the PC that's no longer automatically updating. To fix this issue, download and install the latest version of OneDrive.
