Select report format
Lists the available output formats for the generated report:

Excel Creates your report in a Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet.

HTML Saves your report as a Web page (HTML file).

Visio shape Saves your report as an Excel spreadsheet embedded in a shape in your drawing.

XML Saves your report as an XML file.
Note: The Excel and Visio shape formats are only available if you have Excel installed.
Save report as
The path and name of the file in which to save the generated report. This field is only available if you select the HTML or XML report formats.
Note: If you select the Excel report format, Excel starts and the report is added to a new worksheet.
Save report with
Specifies where the report definition is saved. This field is only available if you select the Visio shape report format.
Copy of report definition Stores a copy of the report definition with the shape that contains the generated report. Changes you make to the original report definition will not change the report shape. You can, however, modify the report definition stored with the shape.
Link to report definition Links the shape that contains the generated report to a report definition. Changes you make to the report definition will affect the report stored in the shape the next time you update the report.
Tip: If you plan to share your drawing with others and you want them to see the report, use the Copy of report definition option.
