As a Kaizala user, you can export or delete your data from the Kaizala mobile app.

Export your data from the Kaizala mobile app

Follow the below steps to export your data using the Kaizala mobile app.

  • From the Kaizala mobile app, go to Me > Settings > Account Settings > Download your Kaizala data.

  • Follow the steps to download your Kaizala data to an archive file. Once the file is ready, you'll get access to a link which will help you download the zip file containing multiple CSVs. The CSV files will contain your user data.

Delete your user data from Kaizala mobile app

You can delete your Kaizala account and data from the Kaizala mobile app. When you delete your account from Kaizala the following happens:

  • Your account is removed.

  • You're removed from all Kaizala groups.

  • Your message history is deleted.

Follow the steps below to delete your Kaizala account and data.

  • From the Kaizala mobile app, go to Me > Settings > Account Settings > Delete account.

  • Follow the steps to delete your account on Kaizala.

  • For security reasons, you'll be asked to verify your account by entering your Kaizala registered mobile number before your account can be deleted.

This will delete your data from the Kaizala mobile app, including profile information, membership in groups, contacts, and any Kaizala product and service data. Messages shared on any chat or group will still appear on other Kaizala mobile app's user’s devices.
