Tap the Search icon at the bottom.

Look under Files to find recent email attachments.

Tap one of your Contacts to find an attachment from a specific person.
Type in the Search bar and filter for attachments

Type in the Search bar.

Move the Attachments slider to the right to turn it on.

Tap the message with the attachment you're looking for to open it, share it, or reply to it.
