  1. In PowerPoint, insert one or more pictures, a list of items, or a list of dates.

  2. Select the design you want. Or select a picture, and then select Design > Design Ideas.

  2. Select Home > Ideas.

  3. Select one of the visuals Excel creates.

  1. Type some text in cells, like a ticker symbol, company name, city or country.

  2. Select the cells and select Insert > Table.

  3. With the cells still selected, select Data > Stocks or Geography.

  4. Select one or more cells with the data type and then select the Insert Data button. Then choose a field name to add information.
