Delete a meeting recording in Microsoft Teams
In Teams, only the owners of a meeting recording can delete it. Recording owners are the person who started the recording and any additional owners they've added.
To delete a meeting recording:

Select OneDrive
-
Select My files
-
Find the recording you want to delete.

Hover over the recording and select More Actions

Select Delete
Restore a meeting recording
If you delete a meeting recording, you can restore it in OneDrive.
To restore a meeting recording:

Select OneDrive
-
Select Recycle bin.

Select the recording you want to restore.

Select Restore

As of early 2021, Teams meeting recordings are no longer saved to Microsoft Stream. All recordings are saved to OneDrive and SharePoint. To learn about deleting a meeting recording in SharePoint (for channel meetings), go here.

If your organization still uses Stream, please follow these instructions:

In Teams, go to the recording in the chat history and select More options

On the Microsoft Stream portal, select More options
