In Outlook mobile, favorite your contacts, order them, and set notifications, to prioritize messages from your most important contacts.
Add people to your Favorites

Tap the Office icon at the top of your Inbox.

Tap the Edit icon.

Search for your most important people in the Search bar and select the star next to their name to favorite them.

Under Favorites, drag to order and prioritize them if you like.

When you're done, select the checkmark.
Set notifications

From Home, tap the gear icon in the lower left.

Tap Notifications.

Tap Favorite People for Outlook and Microsoft 365.
