Category shortcuts stopped working after installing Version 1901 (Build 11231.20130) update for Outlook for Windows

ISSUE

Category Shortcut functions may stop working after installing update Version 1901 (Build 11231.20130) and later builds.

An example of a category shortcut function is if you assign commands such as CTRL + F2 to set the Blue category.

STATUS: FIXED

This issue is fixed in Monthly Channel Version 1902 (Build 11328.20146) and higher.  To get the latest update immediately, open Outlook and choose File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
