Yes, you can use Office 2019 for Mac or Office 2016 for Mac alongside Office for Mac 2011. However, we do recommend that you only keep the latest version on your Mac.
Note that you cannot use Office 2019 for Mac alongside Office 2016 for Mac. If you have Office 2016 for Mac on your machine and install Office 2019 for Mac, it will uninstall Office 2016 for Mac.
