Note: You can edit text in the Legend shape on the drawing page, but you cannot edit the Count column in the Legend shape. In this dialog box you can choose to hide the Count column so it doesn't appear.
Title
This is the title of the Legend shape. You can change it by subselecting the title in the Legend shape on the drawing page; the new title will appear here.
Subtitle
This is the subtitle of the Legend shape. You can change this by subselecting the subtitle in the Legend shape on the drawing page and typing new text; the new subtitle will appear here. You can hide the subtitle by clearing the Show subtitle check box.
Visible
Specifies whether the legend symbol is visible or hidden in the Legend shape. Select to show the symbol or clear to hide it.
Note: This column is blank if there are no legend symbols on the drawing page.
Symbol
Identifies the legend symbol.
Note: This column is blank if there are no legend symbols on the drawing page.
Quantity
Shows the number of legend symbols on the current drawing page. This column heading corresponds to the Count column that appears on the Legend shape. The Count column is not editable on the Legend shape; however, you can hide the Count column on the Legend shape by clearing the Show count check box below.

Description
Shows the description text for the specified legend symbol. You can change the text by subselecting it directly in the Legend shape on the drawing page and the new description will appear here.
Note: This column is blank if there are no legend symbols on the drawing page.
Show subtitle
If selected, specifies that the subtitle appears on the Legend shape. Clear this check box to hide the subtitle.
Show column names
If selected, the column names appear in the Legend shape. Clear this check box to hide the column names.
Show count
If selected, the Count column appears in the Legend shape. Clear this check box to hide the Count column.
Move Up
Select a legend symbol above and click Move Up to move it up in the list. Legend symbols appear in the Legend shape in the order they appear in the list.
Move Down
Select a legend symbol above and click Move Down to move it down in the list. Legend symbols appear in the Legend shape in the order they appear in the list.
