These options determine the appearance of the organization chart you have open and of those you create in the future.
Shape display
Width
Type or select the width you want the organization chart boxes to be. You can also use the up or down arrows, which increase or decrease the width of the shape in multiples of one drawing page grid size.
Height
Type or select the height you want the organization chart boxes to be. You can also use the up or down arrows, which increase or decrease the height of the shape in multiples of one drawing page grid size.
Show pictures
Select to show pictures in all shapes in your organization chart that have pictures inserted.
Note: Any shapes you have specified not to display pictures (using the shortcut menu) will not display pictures even if this check box is selected.
Show divider
Select to show the divider line in all the shapes in your organization chart. Clear to hide the divider line.
Note: A divider line separates the first and second lines of text in the center text block in organization chart shapes.
General
Show drawing tips when available
Select to display drawing tips automatically when they are available. You can clear this check box at any time to stop having drawing tips appear.
Use these option settings for new organization charts
Select to have the options you select in this dialog box apply to all subsequent organization charts you create using this template. These settings are also applicable for organization chart shapes used on drawings created in other Microsoft Office Visio templates.
Restore Defaults
Click to revert to the default settings for all options specified on all tabs in this dialog box.
