Add due dates and reminders to tasks

Add a reminder

  1. Select a task to open its detail view.

  2. Select Remind me.

  3. Choose Later today, Tomorrow, Next week, or Pick a date & time.

Add a due date

  1. Select a task to open its detail view.

  2. Select Add due date.

  3. Choose Today, Tomorrow, Next week, or Pick a date.

Set the due date to repeat

  1. Select a task to open its detail view.

  2. Select Repeat.

  3. Choose Daily, Weekdays, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Custom.

View all of your tasks with a due date in Planned

The Planned smart list shows all of your scheduled tasks in one place. Tasks are organized as due Today, Tomorrow, or Later.
