When installing or repairing Office, you might get an error message that says:

We can't install. The following product(s) can't be installed at the same time
This error can occur if you were trying to install different versions of Office, such as a subscription version and a volume license version of Office at the same using the Office Deployment Tool (ODT). Or trying to do an online repair of non-compatible versions at the same time.
How to fix
To resolve this error, install or repair only one version at a time and ensure the products you're installing can be installed side-by-side. For example, Microsoft 365 isn't compatible with volume license versions of Office Professional Plus 2019 so you won't be able to install these together.
