You were added as a delegate for user

  • You’ve been assigned as a delegate to manage calls on behalf of someone else, whose name is on the alert you received.

  • Skype for Business (Lync) automatically creates a group in your contacts list, called People I Manage Calls For.

  • You may be assigned to receive calls on behalf of or in addition to the person who assigned you as a delegate.

  • If you no longer need to be a delegate, contact the person who delegated you and ask to be removed from the delegate list.

  • Only delegates that your support team has enabled for Skype for Business (Lync) can make and answer calls on behalf of someone else.

Note: You can designate up to 25 delegates, and you can act as a delegate for up to 25 delegators.
