Work with handout masters

When you want to print handouts in PowerPoint, you can choose most of the handout settings in Print view. But for a few handout settings, you need to change the handout master, a page that contains the master layout and properties for handouts.

If you want to make more specific slide layout and formatting changes than you can make in Print view, open the handout master by clicking View > Handout Master. Watch this video to see what kinds of changes you can make there.
