View your bill for Office 365 for business

Learn how to find and view your billing statement or invoice for information about your Office 365 subscription charges. You can also save and print a copy of your bill. View your bill or billing history

Note:  You need to be a global or billing admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Enterprise, Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Essentials, and Office 365 Midsize Business. You just need to be an admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Small Business.

  1. Sign in to Office 365 as an admin. Learn how to sign in.

  2. Click the app launcher icon App launcher button in the upper-left and then click Admin.

  3. Go to the Bills page:

    • Click Billing > Bills, or

    • Under billing, choose View and edit subscriptions (for Office 365 small and midsized business subscriptions purchased through a partner).

  4. Choose the month and date of the invoice you would like to review, and then click View.

    Select the month and year of the invoice you want to view.

  5. Click View Details.

  6. On the Order Details page:

    • To print or save a PDF copy of the invoice, click View Invoice (.pdf).

    • To expand details, select the down arrow next to the subscription name

      Select "View invoice (.pdf)" to download a PDF of your bill.
