Share a workbook with others, right within Excel. You can let them edit the workbook or just view it.
Create or open the workbook that you want to share.
Select Share in the top-right corner of Excel.
Under Invite people, enter the email address of the person you'd like to share your workbook with.
Tip: If you have the person's contact info stored in your contacts, just enter their name.
If asked, choose where to upload a copy of your workbook.
Need to work on a spreadsheet with others at the same time?
Just share your workbook to the cloud on OneDrive or SharePoint—which you can do right within Excel.
Select Share in the top-right corner.
In the text box under Invite people, enter the email address of the person you'd like to share your workbook with…
Or if you have their contact info stored in your address book, just enter their name.
Then select Share.
If you haven't saved your workbook to the cloud yet, you'll be asked to choose a location.
