Unlink a Business Contact from an Account in Business Contact Manager

When you unlink a Business Contact from an Account record, you delete the Business Contact from the Account's record history. An unlinked Business Contact record remains in the Business Contact folder, so you can then link it to another Account record.

Unlink a Business Contact from an Account record

  1. On the Business Contact Manager menu, click Accounts.

  2. Double-click the Account record that contains the Business Contact that you want to unlink.

  3. In the History view, right-click the Business Contact that you want to unlink, and then click Delete.

Note: A Business Contact can be linked to only one Account record at a time.
