ISSUE

The options to Ignore All and Add to Dictionary are grayed out in Outlook Spelling and Grammar window, and Ignore Once is replaced with Undo Edit.

Fixed

This issue is fixed in build 16.0.8229.2073 for Microsoft 365. To install the fix, go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.

For Outlook 2016 MSI, the issue is fixed with this update: August 8, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB3213656).

For Outlook 2013 MSI, the issue is fixed with this update: August 1, 2017, update for Word 2013 (KB4011045).

There are no plans to release a fix for Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010.
