You can transfer a call to another party by using the Transfer button in the Conversation window.
Transfer a call
In the Conversation window, click the Transfer button.
In the Contact List, double-click the name that you want to transfer the call to. If the person is not in your Contact List, you can search for them using the Search box.
If the transfer is successful, no visual indicator is displayed — the call simply disappears from your Conversation window. An unsuccessful transfer displays an error message.
