The total that is displayed on the Bills page is the invoice balance - the total as of the invoice date. In the screenshot below, the invoice balance is $68.44. To see your current order balance, choose View details on your most recent order.

You can Apply for tax exempt status for Office 365 for business by providing the proper documentation to Support.
On the Bills page, choose a month and a year, and then choose Show.
To print or save a PDF copy of the bill, choose View invoice (.pdf), and then print the PDF.

If you have only trial subscriptions or if you used a prepaid product key that you bought at a retail store or from an Office 365 partner, you won't have any bills.
