Subscribe to a group in Outlook

When you subscribe to a group in Outlook 2016, all group conversations and calendar events will be sent to both the group mailbox and your personal inbox. This is particularly helpful when you belong to multiple groups and want to stay on top of the conversations from one location.

Note: In Outlook on the web (formerly Outlook Web App), you can customize how messages and calendar invitations are delivered to your personal inbox. Subscribing is no longer an option there. See Customize how you receive group messages for more information.

Subscribe to a group

  1. In Outlook 2016, select a group from the left navigation pane.

  2. At the top of the conversations list, select Joined > Subscribe.
