If you’re traveling, click Find a local number in the meeting request to find the numbers available for your current location. See Find a local number for more information.

Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Most of the time, when you use a phone to call into a meeting, you don’t need a PIN. Just the phone number and Conference ID, which you'll find in the meeting invite.

You only need a PIN if:

  • You’re the meeting leader, and calling in from a cell or home phone.

  • You’re an attendee, but the meeting is secured and you need to be identified.

Your PIN is originally assigned to you by your company’s support team, but you can Reset your PIN if you don’t remember it.

Note: If you're a Skype for Business Online user, you must request a PIN reset through your administrator. See Reset your PIN for more information.
