Personal email: Sign in to Outlook.com using email accounts ending in @outlook.com, @live.com, @hotmail.com or @msn.com.

Work or school email: Sign in to Outlook on the web with an Office 365 work or school account.

Here's how to sign in:

My personal email

  1. Go to https://outlook.com and enter your email address and password. To get to your inbox without having to sign in each time, select Keep me signed in.

  2. Select Sign in.

My work or school email

  1. Go to Office 365 sign-in and enter the email address for your work or school account, and then enter your password. To get to your inbox without having to sign in each time, select Keep me signed in.

  2. Select Sign in.

If you want to sign in to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet (in China), go to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet sign-in.

To sign out of Outlook.com and Outlook on the web:

  1. Select your account picture at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Sign out.

To prevent Outlook from signing you in automatically, unselect Keep me signed in the next time you sign in.
