You can use Outlook Web App to access the email, contacts, and calendar in your Office 365 for business or other Microsoft Exchange-based email via a web browser. The web address you’ll use to sign in to Outlook Web App depends on the type of account you have. For example, if you’re using Office 365 for business, go to the Office 365 sign-in page.

How do I to sign in to Outlook Web App?
Open your web browser or, if it's already open, open a new window.
Go to the sign-in page that matches the type of account you have.
Office 365 for business (Office 365 Small Business, Office 365 Midsize Business, Office 365 Enterprise, Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Premium)

Corporate Exchange-based email that does not use Office 365
On-premises (Microsoft Exchange Server)
Go to the web address provided by the person who manages your email account. For example, a company named Contoso might use an address such as https://mail.contoso.com.
Enter the full email address (for example, email@example.com) for your Office 365 for business, Office 365 Education, or other Exchange-based email. Contact the person who manages your email account if you don't know your email address and password.
Enter your password.
Click Sign in.
If you're using Office 365 for business, sign in and then select Outlook, People, or Calendar on the nav bar. Or choose App launcher > Outlook, People, or Calendar.
If you're using corporate email, select Mail, People, or Calendar on the nav bar.

What's the difference between Outlook.com and Outlook Web App?
Outlook Web App is the web browser version of Microsoft Outlook that is used by businesses and organizations. Outlook Web App can only be used to access Office 365 for business and other accounts that are hosted on a server that's running Microsoft Exchange Server 2013.
Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail.com) is a modern email service that provides free email for personal use. Outlook.com email addresses include @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @msn.com, and @live.com. What if I am using Office 365 Home Premium?
If you're using Office 365 Home Premium, you can’t access your email by using Outlook Web App. Office 365 Home Premium doesn't include an email service.

You need to be using the paid email service available to Office 365 for business subscribers or be using an Exchange-based email account to use Outlook Web App. If your email address ends in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @msn.com, or @live.com, you need to sign in to your account at the Outlook.com webpage.
I can sign in to the Office 365 webpage, but I can't access Outlook Web App. Why can't I see the Outlook option on my Office 365 webpage?
It's possible that the person who set up your Office 365 for business or Office 365 Education account has set up an account for you but hasn't yet assigned you an Exchange Online license that is needed to use email services. You can check with your admin to see if you have an Exchange Online license with your account.
