SharePoint mobile app for iOS

Reach intranet content on the go with SharePoint for iOS. Browse and search for sites, team site activity, files and lists and view people profiles.

Download and Sign in

Once you’ve downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, sign in with your work or school account to access content from your device. For help signing in see SharePoint app Sign In Help.

Note: We retired 3 entry points to access contents from the SharePoint mobile app; instead, we recommend the utilization of the search bar, save for later, and other avenues in the SharePoint mobile app to access any content.
1. The tab showing popular files from the Level 2 screen for “Find/Files”
2. “Recent Files” section from app-only quick navigation links shown for team sites. Since this feature does not exist on SPO & on OD, we are aligning the same for Mobile and,
3. User's recent activity across SharePoint news, and pages in the “Recent tab”

Find, save, read, share, like and comment

The Find tab provides an intranet content collaboration hub for mobile devices.

  1. Take action on content in the Quick access and Recent files sections

  2. Get to sites from the Frequent and Featured links sections. Find sites you follow from More sites

  3. To find any SharePoint content, tap next to the magnifying glass Magnigying glass icon

Visit the Me tab for recent and saved content.

Access News from the News tab. Read more in Team News in the SharePoint mobile app for iOS.

Note:  SharePoint Server 2019, 2016 and 2013 have a slightly different user experience than described above. For example, sites you follow or have visited recently are shown on a Sites tab. SharePoint Server 2019 doesn't have a dedicated News tab. However, news is available on team and communication sites.
