Set up OneDrive for Business on your Windows Phone

Documents saved in the cloud using OneDrive for Business can be viewed and updated from just about anywhere. OneDrive for Business is part of the Office app that is pre-installed on the Windows Phone.

Set up Office to work with Office 365 for business

When you add your Office 365work or school account to Windows Phone, OneDrive for Business is automatically added to the Office app. If you haven't added your work or school account to your phone, see Set up email on a Windows Phone with Office 365 for business.

View OneDrive for Business files on your Windows Phone
  1. Tap Office app > Places.

  2. Tap OneDrive - <Company Name> to see documents you saved in OneDrive for Business.

Use the Office app to open Office documents you saved to OneDrive for Business

Open Office documents
  1. Tap Office app > Places > OneDrive - <Company Name>.

  2. Tap any Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or OneNote document to open it.

Share a document
  1. Open the document and tap More More > Share.

  2. Tap the email account you want to send the message from, type your message, and then tap Send.
