The My Mobile Number that is specified is used by Microsoft Lync Server 2010 to set up outgoing work calls. When you make a work call, the call is routed to Lync Server 2010, which calls you back at your mobile phone number. After you answer the call, Lync Server places the call to the call recipient.
When you first sign in to Lync on your iPad, you’ll be guided to configure your My Mobile Number. To update your mobile number, do the following:
Tap My Info, and then tap Options.
On the Options screen, under Voice and Meeting, tap Phone Number, and then enter your mobile phone number.
The My Meetings lets you view your Microsoft Outlook calendar items, including your Lync Online Meetings, on your mobile device.
To turn on the My Meetings option, tap My Info, and then tap Options.
On the Options screen, under Voice and Meeting, next to My Meetings, tap the slider to ON.
By default, the My Credentials option is turned on to allow Lync to show all your meeting and voice mail information on Lync running on your mobile device.
To show your Lync Pinned Contacts on your mobile device, set the Pinned Contacts option to ON.
To show your photo and see the photo of other contacts on your mobile device, set the Photo option to ON.
Logs are used by system administrators to collect, analyze, and save data. A system administrator might ask you to turn on the logging options to do troubleshooting. If you’re not asked, you don’t need to be concerned with this option.
If your system administrator requests a log, do the following:
To send logs, from the Logging screen, tap Logging, make sure that Enable Logging is turn on, and then tap Send Log Files.
Tap the About option to view online Help and version information.
