Send an e-mail message to a supplier

If you have an e-mail account set up, you can send an e-mail message to a supplier.

  1. In the Navigation Pane, click Suppliers.

  2. Under Find, click Suppliers.

  3. Click the supplier name.

  4. On the toolbar, click E-Mail Button image .

  5. If the supplier has a primary contact with an e-mail address set up, that address appears. If no primary contact is set up, the first available e-mail address appears. If no e-mail address is set up, you must enter one.

    Enter an e-mail address, if necessary, a subject and a message.

  6. Send the message.
